Open to NATURAL athletes who hold a current NGA card, or a card may be obtained/renewed at competitor check-in. If you are a current member, please bring your membership card. IF not a member or and expired member, you can join online at www.nationalgym.com.

EVENT TIME
Contest Check In Friday July 20th 7:00pm
Pre-Judging 10:00am (Sharp) on Saturday July 21st
Night Show 6:00pm
Competitor check-in and weigh-in will begin Friday July 20th at 7:00 pm.   You will receive your competitor’s packet,  shirt and goodie bag from sponsors.   Please bring your polygraph receipt  (taken the day of) and NGA membership card to check-in.  If you do not have a current NGA membership you can join online at www.nationalgym.com or  at check-in.  On Saturday morning pre-judging will begin at 10:00 am.   Evening finals will begin at 6:00 pm.  Please see the posted check in times for your event.  We want this show to run smoothly and will disqualify ANY late comers.  You will have a check in time AND an anticipated stage appearance time.  Once you check in for pre judging, DO NOT LEAVE until your event is done.  The same goes with the evening finals.  NO FINAL JUDGING DECISIONS WILL BE MADE UNTIL YOUR FINAL APPEARANCE DURING THE EVENING SHOW.  


ENTRY FEE:Amateur/Figure
$50 entry fee for Contestants entering ON or BEFORE July 6th, 2012.
$25 crossover fee (to add a second class)
$45 polygraph test fee. (Bring cash only to day of testing)
$75 entry fee entering ON or AFTER July 6th, 2012. No entries recieved after July 11, 2012
Entry Fee Includes PRE-JUDGING & NIGHT SHOW.
All amateur contestants will be introduced to the audience at the evening show.
Novice competitors cannot cross over into the open weight divisions.

NOVICE
Means a competitor that has NOT placed in the top 3 in an open division in any organization and that has not won 1st place in a novice division in any organization. A NOVICE can not cross over to the OPEN division and vice versa. A master, teen, or couple can crossover into the novice or open, but not both. This does not apply to Figure contestants.

MUSIC
BODYBUILDING -  60 seconds STRICKTLY ENFORCED on a CD (only one track on your cd) clearly marked with your name must be turned in at competitor check-in. If your music is longer than 60 seconds, the music technician has the right to stop the CD regardless of whether your routine is finished or not. PLEASE DO NOT USE MUSIC WITH PROFANITY as you will be disqualified.  IF your music does not work we will have alternative music on stand by.  Hint: Try your cd once it is burned in your car, if it does not play there it will not play at the competition.

ATTIRE
BODYBUILDING: Men – Solid color suits for pre-judging and no jewelry (except wedding rings). Jewelry, decorated suits and props (must be approved prior to competition) will be allowed at evening finals. If time dictates, only the top 5 in each class will pose at the evening finals.  Women – Two piece (may be connected) of solid color.

BIKINI: Swimsuits and Fitness Attire-An outfit that enhances their physique.  Pay attention to style, fit, colors, a flattering suit that may be decorated and made to order for the ladies. Clear high heels. No thongs.Sports short and crop top, sox and sneakers, no props.The promoter and or NGA regional chairperson has the right to ban any swimsuit that is not within good taste (PLEASE bring a back up suit in case their is any question about the suit you are bringing). The swimsuit should enhance the competitor’s look.


Figure: Solid color two-piece suits are required. Ornamentation, like sequins, is permitted.  No thongs permitted.  No oil may be used.  Sheen is okay.  Jewelry and hairpieces may be worn.  No props are used.  Heels are mandatory.

Tickets: Prejudging:  $10 General Admission;  $25 Reserved

 Finals:  $10 in advance or $15 at the door for General Admission.  $30 Reserved.
