We all need Protein in our diet. Did you know that you need 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight, for example if I am 150 lbs I need 150g of Protein a day. You can get protein from Egg Whites, Oatmeal, Chicken, Fish and of course Protein Shakes. You can use Protein Shakes for meal replacements to loose weight, After workouts to increase muscle mass, or at night to gain weight. Whatever your goal is Protein should be a part of it to increase energy.
